The Bauer Vapor XXX goal stick is 100% composite goal stick. The composite design slows the puck speed coming off the stick much better than a foam core or wood goal stick. The Vapor XXX eatures a convex paddle face that is designed to control rebounds and keep the puck in front of the goalie. The paddle is also textured to control the puck better. The handle of the stick features a rubber control grip that is impregnated right into the stick for better grip. With this design there is no increase to the size of the stick at the handle for added comfort.
