Finding product:
- You can use the SEARCH tool located at the top right of every page to help you find any product you are looking for.
- You can also mouse over the appropriate category on the grey navigation bar at the top of each page. Each category has its own appropriate sub categories.
Adding product to your Shopping Cart:
Once you have found an item that you wish to purchase, you may find one or more drop-down boxes available (size, color, etc). Before ordering make sure you have selected the correct options. If you are unsure of sizing for ANY item, you will find a link to our SIZING GUIDE. If after checking, you are still unsure of what size you need, please feel free to contact one of our knowledgeable sales staff. They will ensure you are correctly fitted for the equipment you require. They can be contacted via e-mail at sales@cyclonetaylor.com, or via our Toll Free Customer Service Line at 1-800-665-2188.
Enter the quantity of items you wish to purchase. The quantity can be changed anytime before paying.
Click on the "Add to Cart" button associated with the product you wish to buy.
You will now see your Shopping Cart Contents page with the item you just added. If you wish to adjust the quantity, enter the number of items you require and click on the "CHANGE" button.
Removing product from your Shopping Cart:
At any time if you decide that you do not want any item in your Shopping Cart just click on the "REMOVE" button.
Continuing to Shop:
From your Shopping Cart page, if you wish to make additional purchases, just click on the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button at the lower right hand side of the page. You will be taken back to the HOME PAGE where you can look for more great buys from CycloneTaylor.com.
You can view the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on the button at the top of every page.
Choosing your Shipping and Payment Method:
When you are finished shopping, just click on the button.
From your Shopping Cart page you will see the Sub Total of all your purchases not including Shipping.
If you are a resident of Canada, please check the appropriate box.
From the 1st. drop-down box please choose your shipping method, either Standard UPS or Next Day Delivery.
From the 2nd. drop-down box please choose your method of payment:
- If you want to submit your credit card online using our secure server, select the first option.
- If you would prefer to call us with your credit card information, select the second option.
The "PURCHASE FOR" button now reflects the total amount of your order including shipping.
To pay for your item(s), click on the "PURCHASE FOR" button.
Entering your Shipping and Billing Address:
In the Shipping Address area please fill in all pertinent information.
If the Billing Address is the same as the Shipping Address, click on the "SAME AS ABOVE" button.
If the Billing Address is different from the Shipping Address, please fill in all pertinent billing information.
If you have any special instructions regarding Special Orders, Custom colors or lettering etc or just a general question or comment, please enter it in the text box at the bottom of the page.
Click on the "ENTER" button.
Submitting your Credit Card Information Online:
If you chose this method of payment, you will find yourself at our secure server page. All information entered on this page is encrypted for your privacy and security. To learn more about CycloneTaylor.com's Secure Server please click here.
Select the type of Credit Card you are using, either Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
Enter the Credit Card number.
Enter the expiry date.
Please double check the information before submitting. Entering the wrong numbers will delay the processing of your order.
Click the "AUTHORIZE PAYMENT" button.
You will now see your receipt for the items you have just purchased. Print it off and keep it for your records.
You will also receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.
You will also receive an order tracking number via e-mail, that you can use at UPS.com to see the status of your order.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Submitting your Credit Card Information Via Telephone:
You will now see your receipt for the items you have just purchased. Print it off and keep it for your records.
Please call 1-800-665-2188 to submit your Credit Card information.
Your order will not be processed until we receive this information.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.
You will also receive an order tracking number via e-mail, that you can use at UPS.com to see the status of your order.
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Orders of $200.00 CDN or more in value must be shipped consolidated, and may be subject to further delayed shipment of up to 2 days further.
