International and Canadian customers should call 1-800-665-2188 or Email for shipping estimates to their location prior to ordering. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs, except in such cases where free shipping is advertised.

All merchandise purchased at CycloneTaylor.com is shipped via U.P.S. Some packages may experience delays at customs. We have no control over customs related delays and are not responsible for such delays.

Orders over $200.00 CDN and using ground shipping MUST be shipped consolidated, which means we must have at least 3 similar sized orders in order to ship. This may cause slight delays in shipments, which we have no control over.

It can take up to one week before your order ships.

* STANDARD: Guaranteed delivery by the scheduled day to every address in the 48 contiguous United States. Standard service offers Package Tracking and same-day proof of delivery. Ground service is 7-10 days from the shipping date. Due to US customs regulations, larger orders may be held up to 3 days prior to shipping. Item will ship within 48 hours of purchase provided the item is in stock. Customer will be notified by email if any problems arise. Tracking information is provided.

* NEXT DAY: Guaranteed next business day delivery by 10:30 am *. Next day shipping is from date sent, not from date ordered. It is highly recomended that next day delivery be called in rather than ordered on line. Overnite rates are an estimate, due to the high fluctuation of the Canadian dollar, and the rising fuel costs, overnight rates are fluctuating on a regular basis. If freight costs are more than $10.00 over the estimated cost on line, you will be notified prior to shipping.

* Delays for overnight delivery are refunded the difference between ground and overnight. There is no freight credit on delays caused by acts of God or mechanical failures.
