The Bauer Vapor XXX goal skates is currently the lightest goal skate on the market. Featuring a clear Lexan cowlings that is more impact resistant and lighter weight, vent ports that allow persperation to escape the boot for lighter weight, and an extremely flexible tendon guard that allows for more flex. The Vapor's also feature the "Butterfly Asymmetrical Support", which allows the goalie to have better blade and boot control when in the butterfly position without decreasing support of the boot. This is acheived by the cutting the boot higher on the inside, at the ankle, than the outside.
